– Micro Companies (One-Off Rate): from EUR 1.600 under Dutch GAAP

Micro Entities: Micro entities are typically defined as businesses that meet two or more of the following criteria:

– Less than 10 employees on average during the financial year, Annual turnover of less than €700,000 and a Balance sheet total of less than €350,000.

– Small Enterprise: from EUR 2.400 under Dutch GAAP

Small Entities: Small entities are usually defined as businesses that exceed at least two of the following criteria, but do not exceed more than one of them:

– 50 or fewer employees on average during the financial year. Annual turnover of €12 million or less.Balance sheet total of €6 million or less.

– Medium Enterprise: from EUR 3.500 under Dutch GAAP

Medium Entities: Medium entities are typically defined as businesses that exceed at least two of the following criteria, but do not exceed more than one of them:

– 250 or fewer employees on average during the financial year. Annual turnover of €50 million or less. Balance sheet total of €43 million or less.

– Additional fees may apply if more work is needed, for instance (but not limited to):

• If the bookkeeping is a mess or
• If a different accounting standard needs to be used
• If you need a consolidated annual report
